Mykhailo holds LL.B. and LL.M. (magna cum laude) degrees in Civil Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His career began in the banking sector, where he led high-stakes litigation and debt restructuring. He later advised major IT firms and startups on regulatory and transactional matters in a major Ukrainian law firm.

His practice often involves navigating intricate cross-border disputes and multifaceted legal challenges. Recently, he acted as the principal legal consultant in a high-profile, multimillion-dollar commercial litigation case in the Middle East, achieving a favourable result for the client. He also represents high-profile individuals in challenging INTERPOL matters before the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL's Files, successfully securing the blocking and deletion of Notices and Diffusions.
