Advised heads of state, presidential administrations, ministers, state-linked corporates and UHNWIs on policy and regulatory mandates, on sanctions and counter-narcotics positioning, on environmental frameworks and on corporate restructurings.
A few recent examples include:
- In Washington, we have represented a head of state in relation to policy and regulatory matters. We also represented a diplomatic agent in a recent case in which we secured a full presidential pardon.
- In Latin America, we have advised heads of state, presidential administrations, ministers and private actors on sanctions compliance, counter-narcotics policy, bilateral diplomatic positioning and international legal exposure.
- In West Africa, we undertook a review of a national ship registry to ensure its compliance with US and EU sanctions. In ECOWAS we advise local administrations on developing frameworks for establishing nature-based solutions for combating environmental degradation.
- Across ASEAN, we have worked with state-linked corporations and private actors negotiating and restructuring debt, raising capital with exit through public markets.
